Now I am fully aware that this blog is far from perfect (pause for resounding chorus of cyber-denials. Thank you, thank you) but I am reasonably happy with it for the moment, so today I took the plunge and went back to a long-shelved project.
My photo website.
And that, of course, is a totally different kettle of fish.
Basically all the sterling work Himmat did a few months ago, deciphering the manual for me, figuring out how to edit and upload my images - well, because I dillied and dallied, all this work went for naught. So it [...]

I would like to be able to regale you with stories of Himmat’s birthday party on Sunday night, but since I came over all funny with some mystery Delhi-esque ailment, I retired to my bed, while everyone else partied hard and late. On a scale of How Sick I Have Been In India, that experience probably ranks as #3 (Orissa and Chhachhrauli are indisputably numbers 1 and 2). Suffice it to say, I haven’t touched panipuri since.
I have a daughter who is addicted to panipuri, though, which she buys and eats off the street, always telling me not [...]
