From Xinjiang to Bollywood, via Ladakh. (And a tale with a happy ending)

Whilst I was away yomping in Ladakh, there were a few border incursions from China, serious enough to get people worried, and – for example – to prevent our taking a boat ride on Pangong Tso, which was a little sad.

I later read in the local papers in Leh that in one incident, some Chinese agents had trotted over the border on ponies, which is such a delightfully quaint vision. Almost verging on Enid Blyton, though I would hate to sound flippant about border incursions.

Meet another of “my” Bollywood co-stars

“My” Bollywood debut movie, “Bhaag Milka Bhaag” just gets better and better.

It’s not out yet – “we’ launch this Friday – but I was reminded this morning that the utterly gorgeous Meesha Shafi will be part of my first ever movie appearance.

This talented and fab looking Pakistani actress made her movie debut in “The Reluctant Fundamentalist” and for me she was one of the (many) gems of the movie, and I am on record as saying just that, in my review blog – www.christinesreviews/com/reviews.

All this hypothetical* rubbing shoulders with such stars…ooh such fun !

A surrogate mother & a Bollywood biggie

Never let it be said that I do not bring you every possible tidbit of information, oh reader dear.

Er, hello, and where was THIS body when I was filming ?

Have I told you already about my soon-to-be-released Bollywood movie, she asks ingenuously.

I have ? Ah yes, thought as much.

And have I told you about “my” stars, including Art Malik, whom I only realised very recently would be sharing screen space with me?
